11:55 - Marica, Fiona, Leah, & Board Arrive
12:00 - 1:30 - Setup (lights, decorations, props, silent raffle)
12:50 Celtic Co Arrive & Rehearse
1:00 - Dancers, PAC, & Staff Arrive
1:30 - 3:30 - Rehearsal
3:30 - Doors Open (dancers get ready)
4:00 - Show starts
​5:30 - 6:30 - Cleanup, pickup, be on our way

Rehearsal

Each piece will have enough time to run their piece 2 times and have a couple of minutes for notes.

The amount of time is based on the length of each piece.  The longer the piece, the more time allotted.

You may use your time however you want.  
We will stick to this schedule as closely as possible. (in other words, you don't get extra time) :)
