In Class Performances
All classes listed below will be holding in class performances the week of December 12th-16th during the last 10 minutes of class. Families of the dancers will join us in the studio to watch their dancer(s) put on a special performance just for them! During these in class showings, dancers will showcase what they have been working on during the first semester of class.
The following classes will hold in class performances:
- Tap 1 (Monday- 3:15-4:15)
- Tap 2 (Thursday -3:15-4:15)
- Modern 1 (Monday - 4:15-5:15)
- Modern 1/2 (Thursday - 4:15-5:15)
- Pre Ballet (Tuesday - 3:30-4:15)
- Ballet 1 (Friday - 3:15-4:15)
- Ballet 2 (Friday - 4:15-5:15)
- Irish 1 (Wednesday - 4:15-5:15)
- Irish 2 (Wednesday - 3:15-4:15)
- Hip Hop 1 (Wednesday- 3:15-4:15)
- Hip Hop 1/2 (Thursday - 3:15-4:15)
- Hip Hop 2 (Tuesday - 3:15-4:15)
- Hip Hop 2/3 (Tuesday- 4:15-5:15)
Special Performance Opportunity: For Younger students who want to join in on the Winter Wonderland GatheringIf our younger students are interested in joining the Winter Gathering dinner performance, there is an opportunity to learn a simple, fun dance outside of class time and participate in the show.
Who is this experience for?
Practice Dates at GMPA
This will be a versatile dance/movement performance for multiple age groups choreographed and taught by Katie Decker. Students of any genre of dance can join to learn a full winter/holiday dance to perform at the Winter Wonderland Gathering.

- DANCE Students who aren’t performing as a class in the Winter Wonderland Gathering (not for students who are just participating in aftercare)
- Any genre of dance can join
- 20 students: first come first serve to students who can make all 3 practices

During regularly scheduled class time - Monday, December 12th - Friday, December 16th. Come to the last 10 minutes of class to see the performance.
What time are the in class performances happening?
During the last 10 minutes of class.
How many audience members can each dancer bring?
Each dancer can bring 3 audience members. We have some pretty big class sizes and want to make sure everyone can comfortably watch the performance.
Do we need tickets for the in class performances?
No tickets are needed for this event.
What should dancers wear for this performance?

Can we video/ take photos during the performance?
Absolutely! We ask for no flash photography as it is a distraction to the dancers.
What if I am unable to attend the in class performance?
We are happy to film the performance for you! Please just be in touch so we can make sure that happens.
